Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of September, 2025 beginning at 6:00 P.M. eastern on the front steps of the Washington County Courthouse located at 100 East Main Street in Jonesborough, Tennessee, the undersigned, in its capacity as Substitute Trustee, having been so appointed by an Appointment of Substitute Trustee of record in the Register's Office for Washington County, Tennessee, on Roll 1155, Image 2231, under the Deed of Trust executed by Glen Dwayne Cowan and Jaclyn Lee Moncier a/k/a Jaclyn Lee Heaton (collectively referred to as t_h_e_ _“G_r_a_n_t_o_r_s”)_ _to the Trustee, Robert H.
