5171 B F Buchanan HWY, Tazewell, VA 24651-9159 shown as Parcel No 1: (Tax Map ID#131 A 0045) being described as “0.733 Acre Thompson Valley”. Being situated at the intersection of Route 16 and Route 604, in Thompson Valley, Tazewell County. The more detailed description of said property being available in the aforementioned Deed of Trust.
Purchaser will be required to pay all closing costs. Public charges will be prorated as of date of sale. The risk of loss of property passes to the purchaser upon conclusion of the substitute trustee's sale. Deposit of 10% of the sales price in the form of cash or certified funds payable to the Substitute Trustee shall be required. Balance due 30 days thereafter or the deposit will be forfeited. 10% buyer’s premium added to high bid to determine the final contract price.
