NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE

WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated February 11, 2010, of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County, Tazewell, Virginia, in Book 1070 Page 0415, Sharita Hairston conveyed the real estate hereinafter described to Robert L. Buzzo and E. Stephen Lilly, as Trustees, for the benefit of First Community Bank, to secure the payment of the debt therein fully and definitely described; and

WHEREAS, by Deed of Appointment and Designation dated December 16, 2024, of record in said Tazewell County, Virginia, Clerk's Office in Instrument No. 202500103, David J. Hutton and/or Daniel S. Robinson were substituted as Trustees herein; and

WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the debt secured by the Deed of Trust and the undersigned Trustee has been requested by the holder of the Note to foreclose the lien of said Deed of Trust by sale of the hereinafter described property; and
